【摘要】 对张仲景治疗痞证(心下痞)方进行分析归纳,结合自己的临床经验,总结治疗痞证的配伍规律及加减方法。泻心汤类方的配伍方法主要有配伍清热化湿药、温里祛寒药、降逆止呕药、泻火通便药、补气健脾药等;临床治疗慢性胃肠病可加理气止痛药、健胃消导药、制酸药、活血化瘀药、补气养血药等。与西医药进行比较,认为中医药在治疗痞证方面具有较大优势。更多还原
