【摘要】 茎秆的切割过程与切刀的特性、茎秆的物理机械性质、切割位置以及切割的速度和方向等都有密切关系。为此,针对玉米茎秆切割过程影响因素,选择切割速度、切刀与茎秆相对位置和定刀型式(单定刀、双定刀)进行试验研究;应用电子万能试验机作为试验装置,用以探明茎秆切割力、切割功耗与影响因素之间的关系,为切割装置的确定提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The cutting procedure of stalk was closely related to characteristic of moving cutter,physical mechanical characteristics of stalks,cutting position,cutting speed and direction.The author aimed at influencing factors of the cutting procedure of corn stalk,picked the cutting speed,relative position of cutting blades and stalk,model of fixed cutter(one fixed knife and double fixed knives) to research.And electronic universal testing machine was used to discover relationship between cutting force of stalk,cutting consumption and influencing factors,provided foundations for selecting cutting equipments.更多还原
