马铃薯土薯分离装置模态分析——基于ANSYS Workbench

【摘要】 运用三维造型软件Pro/E绘制一种马铃薯联合收获机土薯分离装置的实体图,应用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件对其进行模态分析,得到了分离装置前6阶的振型图。通过对振型图的分析可以发现:分离装置的前6阶振动固有频率随着阶次的增大而增加,其中前3阶频率变化较大,以分离装置主轴沿坐标轴轴向振动和弧形拨齿沿Z轴轴向平动或摆动为主,第4阶、第5阶、第6阶振动的各阶频率比较接近,主振型为弧形拨齿沿Z轴轴向摆动。通过模态分析,确定了前6阶振动固有频率范围内的各阶模态特性,同时也为更详细的动力学分析提供了前期基础。

【Abstract】 A potato combine harvester separating device 3D graph is drawing by the application of Pro/E.The modal analysis is done by using ANSYS Workbench of the finite element analysis software,and the mode shape figures of the front 6 order are obtained.Based on the mode of vibration analysis,it can be found that the front 6 order natural frequency of vibration enlarge with the increase of the order.The first 3 order frequencies changes greatly,take the axial vibration of the separating device and the arcuate tooth along the Z axis of vibration as the principal thing.The fourth order,the fifth order,and the sixth order vibration frequency are very near.The main vibration models are the swing along the Zaxis of the arcuate tooth.Through the modal analysis,it can provide the front 6 order modal characteristics within the scope of natural frequencies of vibration.At the same time,it also can provide the basis of the analysis for other dynamic analysis.
