轮式电动油菜割晒机的研究与开发

【摘要】 针对我国南方地区大型油菜收割机无法适用于山区丘陵小田块油菜机收的问题,研制一种小型轮式电动油菜割晒机。该机结构精巧且节能环保,适用于油菜分段式收获。通过分析和比较现有油菜收割机在油菜收割方面存在的缺陷,阐述了该轮式电动油菜割晒机的设计思路,介绍了该油菜割晒机的结构形式、工作原理、性能参数及主要特点。基于虚拟样机技术,借助UGNX6.0和ADAMS等软件平台,展示了该割晒机虚拟样机模型,并进行了相应的仿真分析与实验,及时修正了模型参数,提高了设计效率,取得了良好的设计效果。

【Abstract】 For the large rape harvester can not suitable for use in the small plot soils on hilly ground which lie in mountain areas,one type of small wheel electric rape harvester was proposed to design.The mechine should be made suit to segmented rape harvest and structure compact as well as energy-saving environmental protection.The design ideas of the wheel electric rape harvester was stated through analysing and comparing the defects of the exiting rape harvester,and the structure form、working principle、performance parameters or the main features were introduced.Using the virtual prototype technology,the rape harvester virtual prototype were to be shown on the software platform of UGNX6.0 and ADAMS.The result of the simulation and experiments help the model parameters to be corrected on time,thus improved the design efficiency and gained good design effect.
