【摘要】 针对我国乳品采集设备性能试验检测技术应用研究相对薄弱等问题,自行研制开发了机械化乳品采集检测模拟系统,以满足当前国内对各种乳品采集成套设备进行结构研究和性能试验检定的需要。检测系统包括采用独特的液体自动吊挂称量罐形式的模拟工况下挤奶量自动计量性能测试系统以电容薄膜真空传感器和嵌入式微处理器为核心的挤奶系统脉动性能检测装置、独特的悬梁式荷重传感器以及以摆头传递被测力的自动脱杯系统提升力测试装置。另外,进行了真空设备性能在线遥测系统和监控系统的研制,阐述了以上装置和系统的原理及工作过程。

【Abstract】 In view of China’s dairy acquisition equipment performance test technology application research relatively weak.The writer’s group have developed the mechanization dairy acquisition test simulation system.It will meet the current domestic to all kinds of dairy collection of complete sets of equipment for structure research and performance test of the verification needs.Including: the unique liquid automatic hanging weighing tank form of simulation conditions of milking automatic metering performance test system,adopting capacitance sensor,the film vacuum embedded microcontroller processor as the core of milking system performance test pulsation device,adopt unique hang beam type load sensors and place a head to transfer the force measurement system of automatic from cup lifting force test device,and the vacuum equipment performance online telemetry system and the development of the monitoring system.This paper expounds the device and system of the above principle and working process.
