新型全方位深松机的研究设计
Study and Design of New Style of All-round Adjustable Subsoiler
【摘要】 针对现有深松机械不能满足冀西北坝上地区保护性耕作的需要,结合农业耕作机械实际工作情况,并查阅相关文献,以冀西北坝上地区的实际工作环境为背景,分析铧式犁以及现有深松机的总体布置及其关键部件的碎土原理,结合现有深松机械设计思路以及现行设计模型设计开发了一种新型全方位深松机。该机适用于硬度较高的土壤,能够达到留茬整地的要求,为冀西北坝上地区保护性耕作的开展提供了新的思路和方法。
【Abstract】 Aim at existing subsoiler can not meet the needs of conservation tillage in Bashang area in Northwest Hebei province,access to the relative literature,then made a summary and design a new style of all-round adjustable subsoiler which is combining with the existing subsoiler and present design models.It is based on the analysis of general layout and critical components’ breaking-soil theory.At the same time,considering current farming machinery actually work.The machine is suitable for high hardness of the soil,and meets the requirement of retaining stubble and land leveling.To some extent,it provides new ideas and methods for conservation tillage in Bashang area of Hebei Province.
