【摘要】 随着农村市场经济体制的不断完善,在市场机制和农民弱势群体的共同作用以及政府的指导下,涌现出了多种形式的农机合作经营模式。农机专业大户和农机合作组织不断涌现,促进了农机化的长足发展。为此,面对经济体制改革、经济结构调整及我国农业机械化发展过程中出现的问题,研究了传统农机经营模式在计划经济阶段以及从计划经济向市场经济过渡阶段存在的不足,提出了一种适合以市场经济为主体条件的农机经营模式—农机服务合作股份有限责任公司,对我国农业机械化的发展和经营具有一定的参考价值。更多还原
