【摘要】 随着国家富农政策的推广,烟农渴望实现烟草种植机械化,以提高生产效率,增加收入。而现阶段我国烟草打顶机械化技术相对落后,引进国外昂贵的烟草机械又不被广大烟草种植户所接受,此时开发本土化的烟草打顶机械势在必行。为此,从承担的高地隙自走式烟草打顶车底盘研制项目出发,为烟草打顶作业机械提供了一套可行的通用底盘,该底盘通过悬挂打顶、喷药、采收等机具可以实现不同的烟草作业,达到一机多用的目的。该装置操作方便、故障率低、便于维护、成本较低,适合在烟草生产示范园区及烟草种植大户中推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the policy of national rich peasants,farmers eager to achieve the tobacco growing mechanization to increase productivity and increase revenue.But at the present stage the tobbaco mechanization technology is relatively backward,and the introduction of expensive foreign tobacco machinery is not being accepted by the majority of tobacco growers.So it is time to develop the localization tobacco machinery.Through the of development of topping tobacco vehicle chassis the paper provides a viable universal chassis.The chassis can achieve different tobacco operations by suspending topping,spraying,harvesting and other equipment.Research indicates that the system is low cost,easy operation,low failure rate,easy maintenance.It is suitable to promote for tobacco planting demonstration zone and large planting farmers.更多还原
