【摘要】 本文通过国际现代化实践与经验的比较分析,参照中等发达国家经济社会发展现状,结合我国国情与经济社会发展实际,界定了我国基本实现现代化的内涵,科学合理地选择了我国基本实现现代化指标及其目标值,并对当前全国与各地基本实现现代化的程度进行了评估,认为我国基本实现现代化的程度总体水平还不高,其中的主要原因在于经济发展水平与发展方式。今后我国应更加注重现代化的全面协调推进,把实现人的全面发展作为现代化的核心任务。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the comparative analysis of international modern practice and experience,and referring to status of economic and social development in moderately developed country,this paper defines the meaning of basic realization of modernization in China and selects scientifically its indicators and basic target combining with Chinese national conditions and practice.Furthermore,the overall extent of modernization in China is evaluated and proved to be not high,which is largely due to the economic development level and development mode.In the future,we should pay much more attention to achieve comprehensive coordination in modernization,and regards the all-round development of human beings as the core task.更多还原
