【Abstract】 With Spring Viremia of Carp Viruses(SVCV) purified by ultracentrifugation,an experimental rabbit is immunized to produce anti SVCV serum.On that basis,a method to rapidly detect SVCV by indirect-ELISA is established,and forty samples(eight SVCV positive and thirty-two negative) are verified with 100% accordance rate,which are first detected by cell culture and RT-PCR.更多还原
