分子印迹技术在农药残留检测中的研究进展
Progresss of molecular imprinting technique on the determination of pesticides residues
【摘要】 分子印迹聚合物具有高选择性、化学稳定性和制备简便的特点,广泛应用于农药残留检测中。本文概括了分子印迹技术基础理论,综述了分子印迹聚合物的制备及表征,分子印迹技术在农药残留检测中的应用,其中包括分子印迹在色谱固定相、固相萃取、固相微萃取、传感器等方面的应用,并对其发展趋势进行了展望。
【Abstract】 Molecular imprinting polymers(MIPs)has the characteristics of high selectivity,chemical stability,easy preparation,therefore it has been applied widely in the determination of pesticides residues.This paper summarizes the basic theories,the preparation and the characterization of molecular imprinting polymers,and reviews its application in the determination of pesticides residues,such as stationary phase of chromatography,solid phase extraction,solid phase microextration and sensor,and the prospect was also put forward.
