【Abstract】 Applying IT governance theory,this paper constructs a system of governance mechanism for corporate internet reporting surrounding the three factors,organizational structure,processes and relational mechanism,brings forward eight organizations,six processes and four relational mechanism which corporate could consider to set up based on the corporate IT governance framework.The purpose of this paper is to guide corporate to design and implement perfect governance mechanism,to improve corporate governance ability for internet reporting,enhance the ability of corporate to manage the risks of internet reporting,and to achieve the expected strategic goals of internet reporting.更多还原
