【Abstract】 The construction of Open University has become a very important task for the TVU.The author of this article believes that the local TVU needs internal dynamism to build the Open University and the internal dynamism comes from the quickening of transitional development.It also needs an access to the center of continuing education,modern distance education,life-long education and so on.Here is an example to show how Maanshan TVU seized the commanding heights in the areas mentioned above.更多还原
