【摘要】 总结血液灌流救治草乌中毒患者的护理经验。治疗前充分的解释血液灌流的原理及其必要性,解除患者及其家属的心理负担,争取患者及其家属的配合。血液灌流过程中密切观察患者生命体征变化,告知患者治疗过程中可能出现呼吸困难、肌力减退等症状,出现时及时报告医生并处理。监测患者血电解质及酸碱平衡状态,保持血液灌流血管通路通畅,监测凝血功能,及时调整肝素用量,严格无菌操作,血液灌流结束后密切监测生命体征。治疗后,19例患者中18例病情好转,临床症状明显改善,1例因经济原因自动出院,无1例因血液灌流并发症死亡或致残。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper summarized the nursing of patients experienced kusnezoff monkshood root toxication.Sufficient explanation of treatment principle and necessity before the treatment achieved the support from patients and their family.During the treatment,patients’ vital signs were under monitoring and if potential dyspnea and declination of muscle force appeared,patients were supposed to report to the doctor timely.The monitoring of the blood electrolyte and acid-base balance,and the maintenance of the patency of vascular access were conducted,while the dose of heparin was adjusted based on the monitoring of blood coagulation.Strict aseptic operation was required during the whole process.In the study,18 cases out of 19 improved greatly and only one case discharged for economic cause.更多还原
