【摘要】 目的了解实习前护生对医疗废物分类的认知状况和需求,以提高护生在实习过程中对医疗废物分类的认知及依从性。方法采用自设问卷,对300名即将进入实习阶段的护生进行医疗废物分类知识及需求调查。结果本组300名护生问卷的总分为(76.06±9.93)分,不同年龄段、不同性别和不同受教育水平护生问卷总分差异无统计学意义。75.3%护生回答曾在学校中学习、接受过医疗废物相关知识的教育培训;50.5%的护生希望以实际演练的形式学习医疗废物分类知识。结论实习前护生对医疗废物分类知识认知严重不足。应加强在校学习时的基础理论教育,为今后从业奠定扎实的基础;加强实习带教教师的培训,重视言传身教,使医疗废物分类规范化,养成良好的职业习惯。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the cognition and demands of medical waste classification of nursing students before practice and to improve their cognition and compliance of medical waste classification during practice.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was applied among 300 nursing students.Results The total score of the questionnaire was(76.06±9.93).The total scores of students with different age,gender and educational background indicated no statistic significance.Of the total,75.3% once received medical waste classification training and 50.5% expected to study medical waste classification in practice.Conclusion Nursing students present insufficient cognition on medical waste classification.Basic education on medical waste classification and practice would promote the standardization of medical waste classification.更多还原
