【摘要】 本文针对煤矿事故频发问题,从经济利益角度出发,应用博弈理论的基本原理,建立了煤矿企业内部安全管理人员与一线员工之间的博弈模型,对模型进行了求解,得出了混合策略的纳什均衡解,并结合实例对煤矿企业内部安全监管博弈进行了分析,为完善企业安全管理体系提出了对策与建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aiming at the frequent accidents happened in coal mines,from the perspective of economic interests,this paper attempts to establish a game model between internal safety managers and workers of coal enterprises with basic principles of game theory,finds a solution to the model,comes to the Nash equilibrium of mixed strategy.Further,this paper analyzes the internal safety supervision game of enterprises so as to put forward countermeasures and suggestion through a case study.更多还原
