生物质直燃循环流化床发电锅炉设计准则和运行分析

【摘要】 介绍了纯燃生物质的循环流化床锅炉与燃煤锅炉的差别和存在的问题以及自主研发的生物质直燃循环流化床锅炉的设计特点和设计准则。采用该设计准则设计的第1台75 t/h次高温次高压生物质直燃循环流化床发电锅炉,已于2010年3月在浙江长广生物质电厂投入运行,运行结果表明,锅炉稳定性好,各项性能指标均达到设计要求。

【Abstract】 The difference between circulating fluidized bed boilers which firing biomass and coal,and the potential problems for biomass combustion in the independent development circulating fluidized bed boilers,are presented in detail.The design features and principles for biomass firing circulating fluidized bed(CFB) boiler have introduced.The first 75 t/h biomass firing CFB boiler,which adopting the this design criteria independently,has been in commercial operation since March 2010 in Changguang Biomass Plant in Zhejiang province.The operation results showed that the boiler operates stably and the operation parameters were in accord with the design figures.
