【Abstract】 Chinese scholars are deepening their knowledge of theories of the western deliberative democracy.Their knowledge started from the theoretic framework,the concepts and the acceptation of the theories.Now the scholars in China are shifting their studies to the practice and the procedure in practice and at the same time,they are more and more concentrating on the predicaments of implementing the theories.更多还原
