【Abstract】 With marine economy becoming a new drive,the countries all over the world strengthen their ocean development,resulting a new wave of competition staging on the sea.The protection of sea environment coexists side by side with marine development.If the traditional way of "treatment after pollution" is followed,it will leave endless trouble for the future.The article makes a point of strengthening marine environment supervision by planning,examination,office reorganization and the implementation of environment accountability system.更多还原
