【摘要】 文献管理软件是科研工作者在学习和科研中的重要工具,其功能涵盖知识的采集、管理、应用、挖掘等,可以帮助科研工作者显著提高文献管理和论文写作的效率。通过以心理学为例,研究文献管理软件NoteExpress在个人知识管理中的应用;专题数据库的建立和管理、利用NoteExpress MS Word插件辅助论文写作、专题数据库的导出与交换。同时,对文献管理软件在使用中需注意的若干问题进行了说明,以期帮助科研工作者能熟练掌握该类软件的使用,进而降低参考文献著录编辑中的错误率,节约论文写作时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taken as an important tool for research is the literature management,NoteExpress software,whose functions cover information gathering,managing,applying and digging were introduced in detail.The software can help researchers enhance the efficiency of literature managing and paper writing.This paper,taking psychology as an example,introduces the functions of NoteExpress in the management of personal knowledge.The following functions are presented in detail: establishing and managing of thematic database,assisting in paper writing and exporting and exchanging of database.In addition,some problems are pointed out to help researchers avoid mistakes.It is recommended,therefore,that scientific researchers make ourselves master of this software,so as to economize writing time and reduce the error rate in editing bibliography recording.更多还原
