【摘要】 针对人为注水、淋雨及防尘洒水对煤全水分的影响进行分析,探讨了影响进口煤全水分较大差异的主要原因并提出了相应的对策,建议进口煤应按我国标准进行抽查和验收、有关煤炭喷洒水或雨淋水的校正标准亟待制定、贸易合同对外方结果的约束力有待增强。更多还原

【Abstract】 The influencing factors on total moisture in coal were analyzed through the measures of artificial water-injection,exposing to the rain and sprinkling,then,the main reasons influencing the total moisture in imported coal were discussed and the relevant countermeasures were proposed.It was suggested that the imported coal should be checked and accepted according to the Chinese national standards,the correction standard related to sprinkling or injecting water on the coal should be formulated as soon as possible,and the constraint force of sales contract on the data from foreign side should be strengthened.更多还原
