弓形虫病分子生物学诊断技术的研究进展
Research Advancement of Molecular biology Diagnostic Techniques in Toxoplasmosis
【摘要】 弓形虫病是一种在世界范围内流行,严重危害人类健康的人兽共患原虫病。临床表现缺乏特异性,诊断较为困难。分子生物学技术的迅速发展为弓形虫病的诊断提供了重要依据。本文介绍了核酸分子杂交、聚合酶链反应(PCR)、环介导等温扩增及基因芯片等分子生物学技术在弓形虫病诊断中的研究进展。
【Abstract】 Toxoplasmosis is a worldwide epidemic protozoan parasite with serious harm to human health.However,due to the deficiency of specific clinical sign,the diagnosis of toxoplasmosis becomes more difficult.Now the fast development of Molecular biology Diagnostic Techniques provide an important basis for the diagnosis of Toxoplasmosis.This paper reviews the research advancement of Molecular biology Diagnostic Techniques from the following several ways :nucleic acid molecular hybridization,polymerase chain reaction(PCR),loop-mediated isothermal amplification technology and gene chip.
