【摘要】 目的:对威门牌双参胶囊的毒理学进行评价研究,以证实其安全性。方法:通过昆明种大鼠、SD小鼠经口急性毒性试验、Ames试验、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验、小鼠精子畸形试验和30天喂养试验对威门牌双参胶囊进行检测。结果:大、小鼠急性经口LD50均大于10000mg/kg.bw属无毒级。Ames试验、骨髓微核试验及小鼠精子畸形试验结果表明,该样品无致突变作用,对雄性生殖细胞无遗传毒性。结论:威门牌双参胶囊安全性好、对体细胞无致诱变及突变作用,可用于糖尿病患者辅助降血糖作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the edible safety of warmen shuangshen capsules through the study of the toxicology appraisal.Method:Warmen shuangshen capsules were detected through Mouse oral acute toxicity test,Ames test,bone marrow cell micronucleus test,mice sperm abnormality test and 30-day feeding test.Result:The vaIue of LD50 for mice was more than 10000mg/kg.bw,being invoIved in nontoxic grade.Ames test,bone marrow micronucleus test and mice sperm abnormality test results show that the product no mutagenic effect,it is no heredity toxicity to male germ cell.Conclusion:warmen shuangshen capsule has good safty,and it is non-toxic and non-mutagen for somatic cells,so it can be used in diabetic patients to regulate the blood glucose.更多还原
