【摘要】 知识产权的自身具有期限性、价值易变性,知识产权被侵犯具有不经意性、隐秘性,以及人才流动等都使得公司知识产权面临着巨大的法律风险。同时,我国公司知识产权法律风险防范的现状不尽如人意。为此,应从强化公司知识产权法律风险防范意识、培养与引进知识产权管理人才、加强公司知识产权管理的制度建设、加强对知识产权的动态监控等方面加强公司知识产权法律风险的防范。更多还原

【Abstract】 Intellectual property itself has time limit and mutability of value.Intellectual property theft has accident,secrecy and talent flow,etc.which make company intellectual property to be faced with enormous legal risk.Meanwhile,the status quo of company intellectual property law’s risk prevention is not entirely satisfactory.Therefore,we should strengthen risk prevention awareness of company intellectual property law to cultivate and introduce management personnel of intellectual property and reinforce the system construction of company intellectual property management and dynamic monitoring to intellectual property.更多还原
