【Abstract】 Recently,with development of economy and great changes of social demands,normal education,especially sports.teaching practice is heading for various challenges.Disadvantages emerge increasingly in traditional teaching practice model which can not meet the "New Curriculum Standard" of middle schools.Through many years of teaching and practice,the author summarizes his teaching experience as "five stages"——observation、experiment、practice,class plan introduction and examination,which has some good effects on students educational practice.更多还原
