【Abstract】 To choose the optimal preparation technique of the extraction of fat oil from Semen Ziziphi Spinosae.We choosed petroleum ether as extraction solvent.By orthogonal test,The optimal extraction process was adding 15times solvent,60min,twice.Ultrasonic method was superior to other method.更多还原
