特厚板正火工艺的研究与应用
Research and Application After Normalizing of Special Thick Plate
【摘要】 正火是提高钢板强韧性、改善钢板组织的重要工艺手段,但特厚钢板轧制后正火会出现强度偏低问题。某厂通过改进正火工艺,对特厚钢板的正火加热温度、保温时间和冷却速度进行调整,有效地提高了正火特厚钢板的性能,综合成材率达90%。
【Abstract】 The normalizing is an important means of technology to improve the steel plate organization,but the strength of the rolled special thick plate will be lower after normalizing.Through improving normalizing process,adjusting the heating temperature,holding time and cooling rate,it will be effectively to improve the performance of the special thick plate,the rate of integrated finished product has been 90%.
