采煤机减速器箱体动态特性仿真
Simulation of Dynamic Feature for Shearer’s Gearbox
【摘要】 文章以某采煤机减速器箱体为研究对象,在CATIA建立三维模型,应用ALGOR完成减速器箱体的模态分析,从仿真结果可以找到箱体产生振动的敏感位置,为后期箱体设计提供依据。
【Abstract】 The article research with one shearer’s gearbox,build three-dimensional mode base on CATIA and make use of ALGOR to analyse gearbox’s mode,from the result of the simulation could find the gearbox’s sensitive position that make vibration,and provide evidence for later design gearbox.
