【摘要】 从赵固二矿选煤厂工程实际出发,介绍钢筋混凝土水泥圆筒仓滑模施工混凝土质量控制的方法和措施。对混凝土原材料质量及配合比进行控制;施工中严格控制模板平整度和模板滑升速度;加强水平和垂直度监控,控制筒身倾斜及扭转,加强出模混凝土的收光和养护,保证出模混凝土的质量。分析混凝土常见质量缺陷产生的原因并提出相应的防止措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 From the engineering practice of the coal cleaning factory in Zhaogu 2ed Coal Mine,introduces the methods and measures of concrete’s quality controlling in the sliding template construction of reinforced concrete silo.To control the quality and proportion of mixture of concrete raw material.In construction,must strictly control the flatness and climbing speed of the template,strengthen the monitoring of the horizontality and verticality,control silo sloping and torsioning and strengthen the glowing and curing of the demoulding concrete to ensure its quality.The reasons of the common quality defects of concrete are analysed and some corresponding preventing measures are put forward.更多还原
