矿井提升机变频调速控制系统改造设计
Mine Hoist Inverter Control System Design
【摘要】 矿井提升机是矿山生产的关键设备,文章叙述了变频调速控制原理,对矿井提升机电控系统进行变频改造,使整个系统具有调速平滑、智能显示、检修方便等优点。同时也阐述了与传统提升机转子串电阻调速系统存在着控制方式复杂、调速性能差、效率低等问题。实践证明提升机电控系统采用变频改造后节能效果明显,具有很高的应用价值。
【Abstract】 Mine hoist mine production is the key equipment,the paper describes the frequency control principle of the mine hoist control system for frequency transformation,so that the whole system has a speed smooth,smart display,and easy maintenance.But also elaborated on the traditional hoisting machine rotor speed control system there is a series resistor control complexity,speed performance is poor,and low efficiency problem.Proved to enhance the electrical control system uses the frequency converter significant energy savings,with a high value.
