矿用自卸车驱动桥壳有限元疲劳分析与优化

【摘要】 利用有限元软件建立了某自卸汽车驱动桥壳的有限元模型,选择极限工况对其进行了结构强度和刚度分析。基于应力分析结果,利用先进的优化软件OPTISTUCT对桥壳的主体区进行了形状优化,应力集中得到了明显改善。最后,应用疲劳分析软件MSC.FATIGUE对优化前后桥壳的寿命做了详细的计算,对比了形状优化前后的寿命改变情况。

【Abstract】 The finite element model of a self-dumping truck’s driving axle housing is established with FEA software,intensity and rigidity are analyzed under limit condition.Based on the result of stress analysis,the shape optimization of the housing is finished by advanced linear optimization software OPTISTRUCT,the result show that the stress concentration is improved clearly.The life of the driving axle housing is computed by the FEA software MSC.FATIGUE,contrast the change of the life of the housing before and after optimization lastly in this paper.
