便携式机动车制动性能测试仪的设计研究
Design and Research of Portable Motor Vehicle Brake Performance Tester
【摘要】 针对当前国内外机动车制动性能测试技术状况及发展趋势,在分析现有制动性能测试仪的特点、功能和技术开发手段基础上,提出基于C8051F系列单片机的便携式机动车制动性能测试仪设计方案。在兼顾性能和成本的基础上,以C8051F340单片机和专用三轴数字加速度传感器LIS3LV02DQ为核心,设计出具有很高性价比的便携式机动车制动性能测试仪。通过实验室静态校准和现场实车路试数据,证实了该仪器的测试精度、重复性和稳定性。
【Abstract】 Made a comparative analysis of the research situation and development trend of braking performance testing technology at home and abroad at present.On the basis of researching current braking performance tester characteristics,functions and technology development,we puts forward a design scheme of portable motor vehicle braking performance test system which is based on the SCM C8051F340,of C8051F series.On the basis of the consideration of the performance and cost,for the core to the SCM C8051F340 and the special triaxial digital acceleration sensor LIS3LV02DQ,designed a basic platform with the cost-effective performance of portable braking performance tester.Through the data of the static calibration in the laboratory and real car test on the road,verified the measuring precision,repeatability and stability of the instrument.
