【摘要】 文章结合母线槽专用数控冲床的原理及结构,介绍了冲床的开放式数控系统结构,以及系统硬件构成,依据生产系统控制需求,利用模块化的设计思想,进行了系统功能模块的设计,重点介绍了数控冲床的控制部分,以及为母线槽生产研究、开发型材输送系统,通过该生产系统的研究为生产自动化的实现起到了一定的积极作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper,dedicated busway principle and structure of CNC punch press,punch press described the structure of open CNC system and the system hardware configuration,system control based on production requirements,the use of modular design,the design of the system function modules,focusing on control section of the CNC punch press,as well as busbar production research and development profile conveyor system,through the study of the production system to achieve automation for the production played a positive role.更多还原
