【摘要】 针对目前我国安全培训的发展现状和存在问题,分析了企业的最佳安全投入及合理分配问题,总结了企业安全培训教育低效的原因,从法规、制度的建设、体系的完善、培训方式方法的改善等方面提出相应的对策。从加强政府部门的宏观管理,促进培训机构的合理建设与发展,提高企业对安全培训工作的重视程度,合理进行分层次培训等视角对安全培训问题进行研究和探讨。更多还原
