煤炭矿区水资源承载力评价方法比选初探

【摘要】 文章首先归纳了水资源承载力的主要研究方法,进而根据煤炭矿区开发的水资源影响及其特点,分析了各种方法在煤炭矿区规划环评中的适用性,认为水资源供需平衡法比较符合矿区实际,适用性较强。在此基础上,对水资源供需平衡法的通用模式进行了调整,提出了适合煤炭矿区规划环评的水资源承载力评价模型。

【Abstract】 The paper firstly summarized the main study methods of the water resources loading capacity. Thus according to the water resources development influnecs and features in coal mining area,the paper had an analysis on the suitability of each method applied to the planning and environment assessment of the mining area. The paper held that the supply and demand balance method of water resources would be suitable to meet the actual condition of the mining area and would have high suitability. Base on the circumstances,the general mode of the water resources supply and demand balance method was adjusted. An assessment model of the water resources loading capacity suitable for the planning and environment assessment of the mining area was provided.
