民办院校跨学科实践教学平台建设与探索

【摘要】 实践教学是应用型复合人才培养模式中具有重要地位的核心环节。从高校现状出发,分别从高校实验室建设与管理、多学科交叉与综合方式、学生组织形式与教师梯队建设等多方面对跨学科实践平台建设的可行性进行了分析。南京理工大学紫金学院机械工程系从实验室教改经验出发,总结跨学科实践平台建设方案、确定师资培养策略及实践教学模式,并在以学生为主体的系大学生科技活动中心的引导下,通过多学科实践平台使学生综合实践能力得到充分的锻炼。

【Abstract】 Practice teaching is the core link that has an important position in applied-compound talents training mode.From the current situation,the article analyzed the feasibility of the construction of interdisciplinary practice platform from the construction and management of the university laboratory,multidisciplinary and integrated manner,the student organization building and teacher’s team building.Taking Mechanical Engineering of Zijin College,Nanjing University of Science and Technology as the example,the article summarized the interdisciplinary practice platform construction scheme;confirm the teacher training strategy and the suitable practice teaching model.In order to college Nanjing University of Science and Technology Department of mechanical engineering laboratory teaching reform experience,summary of interdisciplinary practice platform construction plan,determine the teacher training strategy and the corresponding practice teaching mode.Under the guiding of college students of science and technology centers that taking the student as the subject,students’ practice ability get sufficient training and play through interdisciplinary practice platform for.
