【摘要】 目的:对比分析椎板开窗手术与椎间盘镜手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:回顾分析我院2010年6月～2012年8月我院收治的63例腰椎间盘突出症患者,并随机分成椎板开窗手术组33例和椎间盘镜组30例,分别对比手术时间、术中切口大小、出血情况以及手术恢复效果。结果:椎板开窗手术组与椎间盘镜组优良率分别为87.6%和91.2%,无统计学差异。然后手术时间,术中切口大小,出血量,卧位休息时间,比较差异均有统计学意义。结论:虽然椎板开窗手术组与椎间盘镜组治疗效果基本相同,但椎间盘镜手术具有手术时间短、创伤小、术中出血量少、术后恢复时间短等优点,其是目前治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效办法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the curative effect of micro endoscopic discectomy(MED) and vertebral lamia fenestration in treating lumbar disc hemiation.Methods Choose June 2010 ～August 2012 63 patients in our hospital with lumbar disc hemiation were randomly divided into 2 groups,33 cases were treated with vertebral lamia fenestration and other30 cases were treated with MED,The differences of operative time,incision size,blood loss,bed rest time and clinical effect were compared.Results The excellent rate was 91.2% in MED group and 87.6% in vertebral lamia fenestration group with no significantly statistical difference between two groups.But the operative time,length of incision,blood loss and bed rest time were of significant difference in the two groups.Conclusion The clinical results of micro endoscopic discectomy and vertebral lamia fenestration are nearly the same,but micro endoscopic discectomy has some advantages such as short operative time,minimal invasion,less bleeding,and faster recovery.It is effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.更多还原
