【摘要】 目的:采用中药大承气汤辅助治疗急性胰腺炎。方法:将111例急性胰腺炎患者随机分成对照组55例、治疗组56例。对照组以西医治疗为主,治疗组加用大承气汤治疗,对照两组疗效,并进行统计学分析。结果:治疗组症状迅速减轻,病程较对照组明显缩短(P<0.01)。结论:大承气汤辅助治疗急性胰腺炎明显优于单用西医保守治疗,可缩短病程,减少并发症及手术率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Chinese traditional medicine Dachengqi Decoction in adjuvant treatment of acute pancreatitis.Method 111cases of patients with acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into a control group of 55 cases,the treatment group of 56 cases.In the control group of Western medicine treatment,the treatment group was added with Dachengqi Decoction in the treatment group and control group two,curative effect,and make a statistical analysis.Results The treatment group prompt alleviation of symptoms,course of illness was significantly shortened(P<0.01).Conclusions Dachengqi Decoction in adjuvant treatment of acute pancreatitis with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine conservative treatment is superior to the single,can shorten the course of dis ease,reduce the complications and the rate of operation.更多还原
