点阵CO2激光和Nd∶YAG激光对自然老化小鼠真皮重塑的比较研究

【摘要】 目的:比较点阵CO2激光和Nd:YAG激光(准长脉宽1 064nm波长)对老化昆明小鼠真皮重塑的作用,并探讨二者嫩肤作用机制,为临床选择治疗方法提供理论依据。方法:应用两种波长激光照射自然老化昆明小鼠背部脱毛皮肤,通过HE染色进行成纤维细胞计数及真皮厚度测量,饱和苦味酸-天狼猩红染色观察皮肤Ⅰ型、Ⅲ型胶原纤维的表达及Gomor i醛品红染色观察弹力纤维的变化。结果:两组照射组中真皮厚度、成纤维细胞计数和弹力纤维容积分数的值均高于正常对照组(P均<0.05);点阵CO2激光组均高于Nd:YAG激光(准长脉宽1064nm波长)组(P均<0.05);两组照射组中Ⅰ型及Ⅲ型胶原蛋白容积分数均高于正常对照组(P均<0.05),但照射两组间差别无统计学意义。结论:点阵CO2激光和Nd:YAG激光(准长脉宽1064nm波长)均可引发小鼠真皮重塑,前者效果优于后者。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate mouse dermal remodeling from application of the fractional CO2 laser and Nd: YAG laser long-pulse 1 064nm,and primarily explore the mechanism for the remodeling.Methods Fractional CO2 laser and Nd: YAG laser long-pulse 1064nm irradiate mouse back removed-hair skin.After irradiation,the exposure area and control area of skin tissue were obtained for HE staining,Sirius red staining and Gomori’s aldehyde fuchsin staining.Fibroblasts in dermis were counted;the thickness of dermis,I,III type collagen fibers,and elastic fibers were observed and analyzed.Results In both fractional CO2 laser and Nd: YAG laser long-pulse 1064nm exposed areas,the dermal thickness,number of dermal fibroblasts,volume fraction of I and III collagen fibers,and elastic fiber volume fraction are higher than that in the control area(P<0.05).Ⅰ and Ⅲ collagen fibers volume fraction in the two groups of irradiated groups were higher than that in the control groups(P<0.05),but no significant difference between the two irradiated groups.Conclusions Fractional CO2 laser and Nd: YAG laser long-pulse 1064nm can improve mouse dermal remodeling,and the application of fractional CO2 laser were better than Nd: YAG laser long-pulse 1064nm.
