【摘要】 目的:探讨寻常型银屑病患者外周血单个核细胞Tol l样受体9基因表达和血清I L-20表达水平及两者之间的相关性。方法:采集32例寻常型银屑病患者及30例健康正常人外周血,分别采用荧光实时定量PCR法检测外周血单个核细胞TLR9 mRNA表达,双抗体夹心ELISA法检测血清IL-20的表达水平。结果:银屑病组TLR9 mRNA的表达为(1.361±0.041)较正常人对照组(0.857±0.027)明显增高,在统计学上差异有显著性(P<0.01)。银屑病组IL-20表达水平为(30.73±21.84)×10-3g/L,较正常人对照组(13.56±7.17)×10-3g/L明显增高,在统计学上差异有显著性(P<0.01)。且银屑病患者外周血单个核细胞TLR9 mRNA表达与血清IL-20水平呈正相关,r=0.7239。结论:TLR 9及IL-20可能在银屑病发病过程中起重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the mRNA expression of Toll-like receptor 9 in peripheral blood monouclear cells and IL-20 Level in Serum from patients with psoriasis vulgaris and their relationship.Methods Fluorescence Real-time Quantitative PCR was utilized to determine the mRNA expression of Toll-like receptor 9 in peripheral blood monouclear cells and the serum level of IL-20 were measured with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in 32 patients with psoriasis vulgaris and in 30 normal control.The correlations of the mRNA expression of TLR 9 in PBMCs between the serum level of IL-20 in psoriasis vulgaris were analyzed.Results The expression of TLR9 mRNA and IL-20 in patients with psoriasis vulgaris were significantly higher than that in controls(P<0.01),and the expression of TLR9 mRNA was positively correlated with that of IL-20(r=0.7239).Conclusion TLR9 and IL-20 may make a critical contribution to the pathogenesis of psoriasis.更多还原
