【摘要】 目的:探讨宫颈癌根治性放疗中三维适形调强放疗技术的临床应用疗效。方法:采用常规放疗患者39例为对照组,采用三维适形调强放疗患者39例为观察组,放疗结束后患者随访1年或至死亡,比较两组患者的临床疗效、生存质量、安全性指标、1年生存率等情况。结果:观察组有效率和疾病控制率均明显高于对照组,观察组躯体功能、认知功能、情绪功能、角色功能、社会功能等生存质量评分均明显低于对照组,观察组直肠反应、骨髓抑制等不良反应发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组皮肤损伤、膀胱反应等不良反应发生率均低于对照组,观察组1年生存率高于对照组(P>0.05)。结论:三维适形调强放疗技术在宫颈癌根治性放疗中具有显著的临床疗效,值得临床推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of three dimensional conformal intensity-modulated radiotherapy technique in radical radiotherapy of cervical cancer.Methods 39 patients used conventional radiotherapy as the control group.39 patients used three dimensional conformal intensity-modulated radiotherapy as the observation group.Patients were followed up for 1years after radiotherapy or until death.Clinical efficacy,quality of life,safety index,1 years survival rate were compared between two groups.Results Efficiency and disease control rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.Quality of life scores in physical function,cognitive function,emotional function,role function,social function in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions in rectal reaction,bone marrow inhibition in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The differences were statistically significant.The incidence of adverse reactions in skin injury,bladder reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.1 year survival rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Three dimensional conformal intensity-modulated radiotherapy technique in radical radiotherapy of cervical cancer has significant clinical curative effect.That is worthy of clinical use.更多还原
