【摘要】 目的:通过"卒中单元"护理模式建设,使住院患者体验到"卒中单元"护理模式与其它护理模式的区别。方法:建设"卒中单元"护理模式,并对患者进行综合评估。结果:临床观察卒中住院患者合并症发生率明显下降,经过统计学处理得到,肺炎发生率从0.147%下降到0.018%(P≤0.005)。尿路感染率从0.036%下降到0%(P≤0.005)。压疮发生率从0.013%下降到0%(0.05<P<0.1)。结论:卒中单元人性化护理模式的建设需要我们不断创新、充实和完善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The "stroke unit" nursing model construction,make the hospitalized patients to experience "stroke unit" nursing mode and other care model difference.Methods Construct the "stroke unit" nursing model and assess the patients’ whole situation.Results Clinical observation of hospitalized patients with stroke incidence of complications dropped significantly,after statistics processing get,pneumonia from 0.147% to 0.018%(P≤0.005).Urinary infection from 0.036% to 0%(P≤ 0.005).Pressure ulcer from 0.013% to 0%(0.05<P<0.1),there is a significant difference.Conclution The construction of "stroke unit" nursing model needs continuous innovation and improvement.更多还原
