【摘要】 目的:讨论先天性副鼻畸形的诊断,总结归纳副鼻畸形的手术方法。方法:自2008年起收治副鼻畸形4例,其中3例为单纯型副鼻畸形,采用单纯副鼻切除加局部改形术,矫正畸形取得良好效果;1例为复杂型副鼻畸形,采用鼻孔成形加局部改形术,术后效果满意。结果:所有患者术后均未出现并发症,形态基本满意。结论:先天性副鼻畸形属于极其罕见的先天性鼻畸形,由于国内外报道不多,目前没有公认的统一术式,笔者根据以往经验将其分为单纯型和复杂型,分别采用不同术式处理,术后效果满意,安全有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the diagnosis of congenital supernumerary nostril,and to sum up the operation methods.Methods From January 2008 to March 2012,4 patients presented with congenital supernumerary nostril were treated.Three of them were simple nasal deformity type.The supernumerary nostrils were resected and reconstructed with local flap.One case was complicated type,we reformed the new nostril and performed local flap change technique.Results All patients were satisfied with the postoperative outcome.Conclusion Supernumerary nostril belongs to rare congenital nasal malformation.Because of few report at home and abroad,there is no accepted unified operative method.According to our experiences,the congenital supernumeray nostril could be classified as simple type and complicated type.Different operative methods that are safe and effective were adopted for treatment.The outcomes were satisfactory.更多还原
