【摘要】 目的:通过对165名患者307个皮肤软组织扩张器进行回顾性统计,并对皮肤软组织扩张术并发症发生与多个因素间的相关性进行分析,找出易导致并发症发生的因素,为减少并发症提高手术成功率提供理论依据。方法:收集165例307个扩张器。按照病例扩张器置入部位、扩张器的置入数量、扩张速度进行分组,统计各组置入扩张器后发生并发症的患者例数及扩张器个数。并统计各组并发症的发生率,对每组的并发症发生率进行统计学分析。结果:本病例并发症发生率为16.61%。并发症发生率最高的是扩张器外露,其次是感染和血肿。结论:扩张器置入部位不同并发症的发生率不同,乳突区并发症发生率最高,头部并发症发生率最低。置入扩张器数量越多,并发症发生率越高扩张速度不同并发症发生率不同,扩张速度越快并发症发生率越高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective By reviewing 165 patients(307 skin soft tissue expanders) with retrospective statistics and analysis related factors which can cause the complications of skin and soft tissues,to recognize the factors which are prone to the complications and provide a theoretical basis on which can reduce the incidence of the complications and increase the success rate of surgery.Methods In total 165 cases 307 expanders were divided in different groups by ①the implanted position of expander,②the number of skin soft tissue expander,③the speed of expansion.We count the number of the skin soft tissue expander in each group,and the incidence of complications in each group has been analyzed.Results In total 165 cases,307 skin soft tissue expanders,the incidence of the complication is 16.61%.In the all complication,the highest is expander exposure,followed by infection and hematoma.Conclusion Expander implant position is different,so does the complications rate.The more expanders which have been implanted,the higher incidence of complications.The expansion speed is different,so does the incidence of complication.The faster the expansion speed is,the higher incidence of complication.更多还原
