基于磁流体往复运动的智能密封
Reciprocating Motion of Magnetic Fluid Based Smart Seal
【摘要】 对磁流体往复运动智能密封的一般规律进行了概述,得出了往复运动与旋转轴转动时的磁流体密封条件不同,往复运动的临界压差依赖于往复运动的振幅与速度,往复运动的机械携带和磁流体密封变形引起密封失效的结论,并给出典型实例,以完善超小直径轴类往复运动的磁流体密封工艺。
【Abstract】 The general law of reciprocating motion of magnetic fluid intelligence sealed overview,drawn reciprocating motion with rotation axis of rotation of magnetic fluid sealing conditions,the reciprocating motion of critical pressure difference depends on amplitude and speed of reciprocating motion of reciprocatingmovement of machinery to carry and magnetic fluid seal deformation caused by seal failure of conclusions,and gives a typical example,rich in ultra-small diameter shaft reciprocating motion of magnetic fluid sealing technology.
