连杆盖螺栓孔钻削专机夹具的设计

【摘要】 被加工柴油机连杆属大批量生产,柴油机连杆两螺孔的加工是连杆加工的关键工序,对连杆两螺孔加工方案进行了分析,设计了连杆盖螺栓孔钻削专机夹具,保证了连杆盖两螺孔的的加工精度及位置精度,提高了生产效率,降低了生产成本。

【Abstract】 Under the support of one of the scientific researching projects,this paper focuses on the processing technology of diesel engine connecting rod,which can be produced in large amounts.The processing of two bolt holes is a key procedure of diesel engine connecting manufacture.We analyzed the processing scheme of two bolt holes,designed the drilling fixture special for bolt holes in connecting rod cap,which can be able to raise the production efficiency,economize the production cost,and ensure the accuracy of both location and machining of two screw holes of the connecting rod cap.
