基于支持向量机的液压位置伺服系统自适应阈值研究

【摘要】 针对传统的液压伺服控制系统故障构成,详细分析了液压伺服控制系统的基本构成结构,对液压伺服控制系统故障影响因素进行了深入探讨,并对影响残差的因素进行详细的分析,在此基础上提出了基于支持向量机的自适应阈值研究,给出了自适应阈值的理论推导,同时结合实际应用对基于支持向量机的液压位置伺服系统进行了建模和故障诊断仿真测试。

【Abstract】 Aiming at traditional hydraulic servo control system fault form,the basic structure of hydraulic servo control system was analyzed in detail,and fault influencing factors and residual factors of hydraulic servo control system were also discussed,of which on basis,the adaptive threshold based on support vector machine was pointed out,and theoretical derivation of adaptive threshold was given out;on other hand,the modeling and fault diagnosis simulation test were taken,which was combined with actual application of hydraulic position servo system based on support vector machine.
