【摘要】 将Profibus-DP现场总线应用于煤矿空压机组监控系统中。西门子S7-300系列CPU315-2DP为主站,通过Profibus-DP总线建立了主站与变频器、西门子S7-200系列224和226控制器、2套Fx2N三菱控制器和2套ET200M DP远程扩展I/O从站共计7个DP从站的通讯,实现了数据实时传输的要求。利用工控组态软件WinCC和WinCCflexible开发了上位机和触摸屏监控系统,上位机与主站通过工业以太网通讯。实现了空压机组及其冷却水循环系统的集中监视管理和分散控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Profibus-DP field bus is applied in air-compressor units control system.Siemens S7-300 series PLC CPU315-2DP was as master station.Field communication was established between master station and seven slave stations,such as converter,controller of Siemens S7-200 series PLC 224 and 226,two sets of controllers of Mitsubishi and two sets of ET200M DP remote expand I/O.Simultaneously combing industry-controlled configuration software WinCC and WinCCflexible,touch screen and upper computer monitor system was developed and data communication was established between upper computer and PLC,achieving centralized monitoring and decentralized control of whole system of air-compressor units and cooling water circulation.更多还原
