地面钻井失效原因分析及优化

【摘要】 为提高地面钻井的瓦斯抽采效率,首先分析淮南矿区部分地面钻井抽采瓦斯失效的案例及影响因素,然后以丁集矿1422(1)保护层工作面卸压瓦斯抽采试验为背景,采用数值模拟的方法研究应力、位移的变化及分布对钻井的破坏规律,得到地面钻井失效的原因,提出了钻井优化改进的原则,最后将改进后的钻井应用现场试验,取得了良好的抽采效果。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the gas extraction efficiency of ground drilling,the paper firstly analyzed the failure cases and factors of gas drainage in part ground drilling of Huainan coal mining area,and then took pressure relief gas drainage test at Dingji mine 1422(1) protective seam working face as the background,the destruction laws,that the changes and distribution laws of stress and displacement affected to ground drilling,were researched by using numerical simulation,which obtained the failure causes of ground drilling,and put forward the principles of optimizing and improving drilling.Finally,the optimized drillings were applied to field tests and better gas drainage effect was achieved.
