【Abstract】 To build a mode of talent training, the key factor is how to build the knowledge, abilities and qualities for the people who receive education. The core of talent training mode of how to achieve such a structure is the talent training program. In this article the author first has an analysis on the internal relationship between the training mode and program, and then puts forward the develop- ment methods of professional talent training program based on guidance of work process.
